TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 37 OF 2018 By Rose Kavesa Aloo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Aloo Odero alias Richard Aloo Odera, who died at Konya Sub-location, 17th July, 2003. CAUSE No. 73 OF 2018 By Nelson Odera Minara, the deceased's father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jason Omolo Odera, who died on 5th July, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
