TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 90 OF 2017 By Juice Ndunge Mutuku, of P.O. Box 1057, Kikalu in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Waeni Kyongoi, who died at Mbusyani, Kawethei, on 10th February, 1990. CAUSE NO. 51 OF 2018 By (1) Dorothy Mbulwa Mutunga and (2) Charles Kyalo Mutunga, both of P.O. Box 26489-00504, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Ngui Mutunga, late of Nairobi, who died at United States of America, on 28th November, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
