TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 7th September, 2018 THE KENYA GAZETTE 3167 CAUSE No. 100 OF 2017 By (1) Zachary Otieno Osodo and (2) Purity Mumo Sembu, both of P.O. Box 34, Emali in Kenya, the deceased's widower and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Winnie Mukulu Sembu, who died at Nairobi, on 23rd March, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
