TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 158 OF 2017 By (1) James Mwaniki Mutuohoro and (2) Pharis Ndung'u Mutuohoro, both of P.O. Box 210, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evanson Mutuohoro Njoroge alias Evanson Mutuohoro alias E. Mutuohoro Njoroge alias Emutuohoro Njoroge, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 19th February, 2013. CAUSE No. 51 OF 2018 By Josephine Njeri Ndugire, of P.O. Box 81, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Ndugire Mwangi, who died at Gachocho Location, on 10th May, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
