TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 18 OF 2018 By (1) David Njugunah and (2) Veronic Gachambi Wambu, both of P.O. Box 233-00208, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased's son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Wambu Kimani, who died at Kibiko Sub- location, on 15th September, 2014. CAUSE NO. 48 OF 2018 By (1) Julius Maigwa Mwangi and (2) Catherine Wanjiku Muriithi, both of P.O. Box 863-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's father-in-law and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mureithi Njine, who died at Thika Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 1st December, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
