TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 141 OF 2018 By (1) Joseph Opiyo Okech, (2) Francis Obuya Okech, (3) Lawrence Owiti Okech and (4) John Odhiambo Okech, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okech Yago, who died at Kalanya Kanyango, on 5th January, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
