Box 470, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zephania Mose Sibwoga, late of Mogoon, Nakuru West, who died at KT & RH, on 22nd April, 2016. CAUSE No. 376 OF 2018 By (1) Felister Njeri Mukenga and (2) Juster Wanjira Mukenga, both of P.O. Box 10518, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's widow and sister- in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Mwangi Njenga, late of Gilgil, who died at Churn, on 13th September, 2017. CAUSE NO. 377 OF 2018 By Agnes Wangechi Njiri, of P.O. Box 1238, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Njiiri Wamathai, late of Gathanji, who died there on 9th May, 2016. CAUSE No. 383 OF 2018 By Anne Wanjiru Karoki, of P.O. Box 2915, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benard Kimani Githae alias Bernard Kimani Githae, late of Murunyu Farm, who died at Nakuru General Hospital in Kenya, on 15th May, 2000. CAUSE No. 385 OF 2018 By (I) John Kuria Kanguru and (2) Geoffrey Njehia Gakunguru, both of P.O. Box 20109, Subukia in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Gakunguru Mwangi, late of Arach-Subukia, who died at Subukia East, on 11th August, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
