TENDER

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicle Reg. No. KBS 462M, Subaru Tribeca within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice to take delivery of the said motor vehicle which is currently lying at the premises of St. Austin's Service Centre Limited, situated at Shell Petrol Station, next to lavington Mall, James Gichuru Road, Nairobi upon payment of all accumulated storage charges together with interest and cost of this publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed off under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, either by public auction, tender or private treaty and proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
