GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 6782

WHEREAS Wainbua Mbuvi, of P.O. Box 2497-90100, Machskos in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. MuvutilKiima Khnwe/541, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the judge of the High Court at Machakos in succession cause No. 43 of 2016, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Joel Kiinuyu Wambua, of P.O. Box 2497-90100, Machakos in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the judge of the High Court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed the grant and confirmation of the said pieces of land in favour of the above named Wambua Mbuvi, of P.O. Box 2497-90100, Machakos in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provide no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Joel Kimuyu Wambua, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Wambua Mbuvi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
