TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. 3 OF 2018 By (1) Hilda Bare Mala and (2) Absalom Oduol Mala, both of P.O. Box 3-80503, Mpeketoni in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mala Oyoo, who died at Mpeketoni Central, on 12th November, 2014. CAUSE No. 4 OF 2018 By (1) Beatrice Wanjiku Mburu and (2) John Kimani Mburu, both of P.O. Box 37-80503, Mpeketoni in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Mburu Wainaina, who died at Mpeketoni, on 20th May, 2008. The Court will proceed to dssue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
