TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 99 OF 2016 By Martin Nzioka Kitumbi, of P.O. Box 1041, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitumbi Nzavyu, late of Kangundo, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 7th November, 1984. CAUSE No. 55 OF 2018 By Angelina Mumbua Kimina, of P.O. Box 51837-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Makau Wambua, late of Kangundo, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 27th June, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
