TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. 55 OF 2018 By (1) Nicholas Ombeva and (2) Japheth Ngedi Bwosi, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Bwosi Ngedi alias Henry Vosi Ngedi, who died at Emanda Sub-location, on 23rd December, 2010. CAUSE NO. 72 OF 2018 By Isaac Isigi Master, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Master Isigi, who died at Vigulu Sub-location, on 27th October, 2002. CAUSE No. 75 OF 2018 By Florence Afandi Renji, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reuben Magiza alias Reuben Magiza Baragaji, who died at Mbihi Sub-location, on 5th August, 1974. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
