TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE NO. 51 OF 2018 By Rosemary Orodho, of P.O. Box 2104-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nickanor Orodho Andiego, who died on 8th February, 2012. CAUSE No. 61 OF 2018 By Gabriel Oyeiko Nyabande, of P.O. Box1995-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Walugu Maguth, who died on 2nd May, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
