TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 249 OF 2017 By (1) Rosemary Muthanje Njuki and (2) Ruth Wawira Njuki, both of P.O. Box 236, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Njuki Njue alias Paul Njuki, who died at District Hospital, Mbeere in Kenya, on 22nd June, 2008. CAUSE No. 69 OF 2018 By (1) Wilfred Gatubiri Mathenge and (2) Steve MaMa Gatubiri, of P.O. Box 197-60104, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased's widower and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hilda Wambura Njiru, who died at Nairobi Womens Hospital in Kenya, on 13th June, 2011. CAUSE No. 85 OF 2018 By Dollas Mboya Njue, of P.O. Box 197, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Victor Njue Nthiga alias Victo Njue Nthiga, who died on 24th March, 2000. CAUSE NO. 87 OF 2018 By Nicholas Njagi Nyaga, of P.O. Box 150, Ishiara in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyaga Nganabo alias Nyaga Nganavo, who died at Nguthi Sub-location, on 14th December, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
