TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 66 OF 2018 By Ayub Kiambi Kinoti, of P.O. Box 931-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Inoti Kiambati, who died at Kaongo Sub-location, on 11th April, 1987. CAUSE No. 67 OF 2018 By Silas Miriti Mutuerandu, of P.O. Box 34-60206, Kanyakine in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Twerandu Mburugu, who died at Kithakanaro Sub-location, on 16th November, 1969. CAUSE No. 70 OF 2018 By Gerald Kinyua Kamanja, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amanja Twamwari, who died at Ukuu, on 8th June, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
