TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 55 OF 2018 By (1) Peninah Ndanu Kiilu and (2) James Makau Ndivo, both of P.O. Box 40, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Ndivo Mutunga, who died at Shalom Hospital in Kenya. CAUSE No. 56 OF 2018 By Keren Mutile Tito, of P.O. Box 55, Kalamba in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mirriam M. Mukula alias Mukula Mirriam Mueni Johnson alias Mirriam Mueni Tito, who died at Kalamba. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
