TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 131 OF 2018 By James Otieno Ongo'u, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ongou Onguru Ochieng alias Ongou Onguru Achieng, who died at Obisa Sub-location, on 10th May, 2005. CAUSE No. 134 OF 2018 By Joel Ouma Nyambuoro, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Nyambuoro Ojwang alias Joseph Nyambuoro, who died at Kachieng Sub-location, on 8th November, 1973. CAUSE No. 135 OF 2018 By Pamela Anyona Adhiambo, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miruka Ngode, who died at Kasewe "B" Sub-location, on 18th August, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
