TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 1 1 1 OF 2018 By (1) Esther Wanjira Nganga, (2) Jane Wamuhu Mathu and (3) Lucy Wanjiru Mbugua, all of P.O. Box 51-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Nganga Kamau alias Nganga Kamau, who died at Renguti, on 3rd March, 1988. CAUSE No. 123 OF 2018 By (1) Raphael Ngiki Mbugua, (2) Benard Kamau Mbugua and (3) John Njenga Mbugua, all of P.O. Box 200-00217, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelly Njeri Mbugua, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 12th October, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
