CAUSE No. 18 OF 2018 By Martin Karisa Kombe, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karabu Kombe Yeri alias Karabu Kombe, who died on 17th November, 2005. CAUSE No. 41 OF 2018 By, Abudlrhaman Oman Mohamed, of P.O. Box 1, Malindi in Kenya, the deceased's cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Riziki Ali Badi alias Riziki Ali, who died at Malindi Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd March, 2007. CAUSE No. 42 OF 2018 By Abudlrhaman Oman Mohamed, of P.O. Box 1, Malindi in Kenya, the deceased'scousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salim Ali Badi alias Salim Ali, who died at Jimba, on 29th July, 2016. CAUSE NO. 45 OF 2018 By Charles Barofa Dende, the deceased's son, of P.O. Box 5970, Malindi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dende Bashora Dende, who died at Shomela, Magarini, on 20th April, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
