TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 61 "B" OF 2017 By (1) Hellen Getuno and (2) Connie Nkirote Ngachu, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Felishian Gichuru Ngachu, who died at Langata, on 22nd July 2016. CAUSE NO. 92 OF 2017 By Doreen Anyango Opondo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Otienoh Omuttoh, who died at Kapiong Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 16th February 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
