TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 23 OF 2018 By Benjamin Kavili Wambua, of P.O. Box 1413, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambua Kimai, who died at Mutune Sub-location, on 10th March, 2000. CAUSE No. 24 of 2018 By Mwikali Kavithe Ngotho, of P.O. Box 16-90204, Kisasi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kavithe Ngotho, who died at Kanzau Sub- location, on 19th December, 2016. CAUSE No. 52 OF 2018 By (1) Patrick Mulwa Kivyatu and (2) Stephen Mwalimu Kivyatu, both of P.O. Box 792-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kivyatu Mbilu, who died at Kathivo Location, on 20th November, 1988. CAUSE No. 53 OF 2018 By Kalungu Kyambu, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kyambu Nthanga, who died at Mikuyuni Sub-location, on 22nd August, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
