TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. 186 OF 2018 By Bonface Kuloba Wechuli, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wechuli Sakwa, who died at Soy Sambu, on 4th January, 1995. CAUSE No. 190 OF 2018 By Florence Atieno Simiyu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kennedy Wanyonyi Simiyu, who died at Kapsabet County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 17th September, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
