WHEREAS Dave Munya Mwangi. is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Ksvale, registered under title No. Kwale/Shimoni S.S/686, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) ditys from the date hereof.
