WHEREAS Simba Kiringi Jefa, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership of that piece of land situate in the district of Kilifi, registered under title 'No. KilifilVyambani/84, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof is lost, notice is given that after tht expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall construct a new green c.rd provided that no objection has been received within that period.
