REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Fatuma Khamza and (2) Rukia Hamza, as tenants in common in equal shares, both of P.O. Box 80796-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in fee simple of all that piece of land known as plot No. 496/I11MN, containing 5.64 acres or thereabout, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 730, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
