NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 13th July, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1654, in Volume DI, Folio 180/4534, File No. MMXVIII, by our client, Abdilatif Ibrahim Noor, of P.O. Box 15420- 20 100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Abdilatif Ibrahim Ali, fonnally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Abdilatif Ibrahim Au, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abdilatif Ibrahiin Noor for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Abdilatif Ibrahim Noor only.
