NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38), to the owners of Peugeot 504, KAD 722M, Landrover Freelander KBD 805U, Toyota Harrier KAX 159 0, Head Office: P.O. Box 30364-00100, Nairobi Loss OF POLICY Policy No. 8175645 in the name and on the life of Sospeter Oduor Ohanya. APPLICATION having been made to this company on the loss of the above-numbered policy, notice is given that unless objection is 17th August, 2018 THE KENYA GAZETTE 2957 lodged to Liberty Life Assurance Limited within thirty (30) days from the date of this notice, a duplicate policy will be issued and shall be used as the only valid document by the company for all future transactions.
