WHEREAS David Mue Ngothya, of P.O. Box 23-90200, Kitui in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that niece of land containing 2.4 hectares or thereabout, situate in the d t of Kitui, registered under title No. '. .ilango/Wikililye/937, and iereas sufficient evidence has been iulduced to show that the land tile deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
