REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Hamad Mohamed Kassim (2) Awadh Saleh Said Sherman and (3) Omar Saleh Sherman, as administrators of the estate of Saleh Said Sherman (deceased) (2/3 undivided share), all of P.O. Box 90056-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold interest of all that piece of land known as Plot No. MN/1111242, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 4460, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
