WHEREAS Abdulrahman Mohanied Hilali, of P.O. Box 277, Lamu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor Lessee of all that piece of land containing 2.0 hectares or thereabout, registered under title No. Lamu/Manda Island/184, situate in Lamu District, and whereas the High Court at Malindi in ELC No. 62 of 2012, has ordered that the survey and creations of this parcel was illegal, null and void, and whereas the said lessee has been issued with a certificate of lease, notice is given to the lessee to surrender the said land title deed for cancellation within fourteen (14) days from the date hereof to the land registrar, failure to which the said land title deed shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
