THE RECORDS DISPOSAL (COURTS) RULES
ACT
IN ACCORDANCE with the Records Disposal (Courts) Rules, notice is given that three (3) months after the date of publication of this notice, the Principal Magistrate's Court at Marsabit intends to apply to the Chief Justice, for leave to destroy the records, books and papers of the Principal Magistrate's Court at Marsabit as set out below:
Criminal cases 1967-2012
Traffic cases 1971-2011
Inquest matters 1986
A comprehensive list of all condemned records that qualify to be disposed under the Act can be obtained and perused at the Principal
Magistrate's Court, Registry, Marsabit.
Any person desiring the return of any exhibit in any of the above cases must make his/her claim within the time stipulated in this publication and should do so before the expiry of the notice.
All exhibits to which no claim is substantiated before the destruction of the records shall under section 4 be deemed to be part of the records for the purposes of destruction.

INTENDED DESTRUCTION OF COURT RECORDS
IN ACCORDANCE with the Records Disposal (Courts) Rules, notice is given that three (3) months after the date of publication of this notice, the Senior Resident at Kilungu, intends to apply to the
Chief Justice, for leave to destroy the records, books and papers of the
Senior Resident Magistrate's Court at Kilungu as set out below:
Criminal cases 1984-2010
Truffle cases 1983-2010
Civil cases 1950-1997
Inquest I 977.-2t)00
A comprehensive list of all condemned records that qualify to be disposed under the Act can be obtained and perused at the Senior
Resident Magistrate's CoLirt, Registry. Kilungu.
Any person desiring the return of any exhibit in any of the above cases must make his/her claim within the time stipulated in this publication should do so before the expiry of the notice.
