IN ACCORDANCE with the Records Disposal (Courts) Rules, notice is given that three (3) months after the date of publication of this notice, I intend to apply to the Chief Justice, for leave to destroy the records, books and papers of the Chief Magistrate's Court at
Garissa as set Out below:

IN THE CHIEF MAGISTRATE'S COURT AT NYAMIRA
INTENDED DESTRUCTION OF COURT RECORDS
IN ACCORDANCE with the Records Disposal (Courts) Rules, notice is given that three (3) months after the date of publication of this notice, the Chief Magistrate's Court at Nyamira intends to apply to the Chief Justice, for leave to destroy the records, books and papers of the Chief Magistrate's Court at Nyamira as set out below:
Criminal cases 1985-2012
Traffic cases 1985-2014
Criminal Miscellaneous cases 1985-2009
Inquest 1985-2009
A comprehensive list of all condemned records that qualify to be disposed under the Act can be obtained and perused at the Chief
Magistrate's Registry at Nyamira.
Any person desiring the return of any exhibit in any of the above cases must make his/her claim within the time stipulated in this publication.
All exhibits to which no claim is substantiated before the destruction of the records shall under section 4 be deemed to be part of the records for the purposes of destruction.

IN ACCORDANCE with the Records Disposal (Courts) Rules, notice is given that three (3) months after the date of publication of this notice, the Chief Magistrate's Cowl at Kericho intends to apply to the Chief Justice, for leave to destroy the records, books and papers of the Chief Magistrate's Court at Kericho as set out below:
Magistrate's Court civil suits 1957-1999
Magistrate's Court criminal cases 1951-2005
Criminal cases 2011-2014
Traffic cases 2011-2016
Miscellaneous cases 2010-2016
Inquest and file inquiry 2011-2014
KCC 2010-2014
A comprehensive list of all condemned records that qualify to be disposed under the Act can be obtained and perused at the Chief
Magistrate's Court Registry, Garissa.
