IN EXERCISE of powers conferred to the Commissioner for Co- operative Development under section 62 (I) of the Co-operative Societies Act. The Commissioner for Co-operative Development wide a cancellation of Registration Order dated 14th November, 1978 cancelled the Registration of Ong'ata Barikoi F.C.S Limited. The Commissioner for Co-operative Development further revokes the said cancellation of Registration Order and reinstates the said society to full registration. Dated the 10th July, 2018. MARY N.
