NOTICE is given to the general public that pursuant to Regulation 5 (6) (e) and 6 (3) of the Kenya Information and Communications (Numbering) Regulations, 2010, the Communications Authority of Kenya (“the Authority”) issues notice prescribing the guidelines for Mobile Number Portability (MNP) Services in Kenya, 2018.
