REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Benson Kazuri Wanje, of P.O. Box 90170–80100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as 8405/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered as C.R. No. 33919, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file and folio in respect of this title has been lost/misplaced, and whereas the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the property register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
