TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.64 OF 2018 By (1) Grace Akoth Odongo and (2) Mornica Atieno Okombo, both of P.O. Box 311-40400, Suna, Migori in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Okombo Omolo, who died at Wasweta Sub-location,on 30th August, 2015. CAUSE No.93 OF 2018 By Paul Odoyo Ngoje, of P.O. Box 159, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joanes Ngoje Othuok, who died at Kongudi Sub-location, on 28th April, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
