Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Karuere Kiarie, who died at Tsavo, on 6th June, 2004.' CAUSE NO. 35 OF 2019 By Alice Wanjiru Ndungu, of P.O. Box 26940-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceaseds daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kezia Wairimu Ndung'u alias Wairimu John Ndungu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 15th February, 1999. CAUSE NO. 36 OF 2018 By Mary Njoki Nduati, of P.O. Box 267, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Nduati Mwangi alias Francis Mwangi Nduati, who died at Kamburu, on 1st August, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
