TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 153 OF 2016 By (1) Joyce Owuor Otieno and (2) florence Anyango Otieno, both of P.O. Box 4421-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martha Okonjo Achieng Otieno, who died at District Hospital, Mt. Elgon Annex, on 9th July, 2012. CAUSE NO. 22 OF 2018 By Philgona J. Adhiambo Ochieng, of P.O. Box 234-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ochieng Wambu, who died at Nyandiwa Sub- location, on 6th January, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
