Box 2914, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant.of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizaphan Mwangi Mbiu, who died at Nakuru War Memorial, on 25th January, 2015. CAUSENO. 55 OF2017 By Wanyoike Karunga, of P.O. Box 124, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Njoroge Wanyoike, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 4th May, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
