TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.2 OF 2016 By (1) Martha Nthike Mutiso and (2) Anne Ndunge Ndunda, both of P.O. Box 58, Mbiuni in Kenya in Kenya, the deceased's daughter- in-law and granddaughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mioso Soo, late of Kwamutula, who died there on 20th July, 1984. By (1) Mutuku Kakua and (2) Esther Loko Kakua, both of P.O. Box 1023-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kanini Kakua, late of Isinga, who died at Bishop Kioko Hospital in Kenya, on 25th April, 2016. CAUSE NO.1 OF 2018 By (1) Benjamin Mulwa Musau, (2) Grace Kanyiva Musau, (3) Prisca Mbua Musau and (4) James Muindi Musau, all of P.O. Box 464-90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's sons and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Musau Mumama, late of Machakos, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 21st July, 2016. CAUSE No.3 OF 2018 By Lydia Mwikali Mwania, of P.O. Box 171, Wamunyu in Kenya, the deceased's executrix named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate of the will of David Simon Mwania Mutili, late of Kyamatula, Machakos, who died at Kiambiti, on 6th March, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
