TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSENO.51 OF2016 By Omar Bwire, of P.O. Box 19, Koyonzo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bwanzi Waswi, who died at Lung'anyiro, on 4th September, 1975. CAUSENO. 113 0F2017 By Morris Wanyonyi Mang'eni, of P.O. Box 901, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Manyasa Kwoma Muchuku, who died at Musamba, on 30th December, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
