WHEREAS John Githeru Mwangi (ID/9440038), of P.O. Box 49- 01000, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.86 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Gatundu, registered under title No. ChaniafKanyoni/2958, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card itsued thereof has been (No.3 of2012) ISSUE OF A NEW GREEN CARD WHEREAS Eugene Joseph Chernel, of P.O. Box 81294, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. KwalefMsambweni A'/3236, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
