TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 34 OF 2018 By Julius Mokaya Ongiri, of P.O. Box 809, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sandimu Ongiri Ogaro, late of Nyanchwa, who died at Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 27th May, 2016. CAUSE No. 38 OF 2018 By Finola Alividza Moindi Nyabera, of P.O. Box 3601-40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Moindi Nyabera, late of Kisii, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 21st May, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
