TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 121 OF 2017 By (1) David Gichia Chege and (2) Priscila Wanjiru Mbugu, both of P.O. Box 2839, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Gathoni Wanyoike, late of Workers, who died at Workers Sub-location, on 1st April, 2016. CAUSENO. 100F2018 By Ibrahim Gitu Karanja, of P.O. Box 468, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Njuguna Gitu, who died at Provincial General Hospital Annex, Kisumu in Kenya, on 13th December, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
