TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.4 OF 2018 By Panchmatja Arvindkumar Jivandas Dharamshi, of 223, Victoria Road, Ruislip Hillingdon, the executor named in the deceased's last written will, for a grant of probate with written will annexed to Panchmatia Lalitabai Jivandas Dharamshi, who died at London, on 27th July, 2012. CAUSENO.5 oF2018 By Panchmatja Arvindkumar Jivandas Dharamshi, of 223, Victoria Road, Ruislip Hillingdon, the executor named in the deceased's last written will, for a grant of probate with written will annexed to Panchmatia Jivandas Dharamshibhai, who died at Northwick Park, Hospital, London, on 17th June, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
