NOTICE is given pursuant to provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya to (I) Grace Kina Njururi (ID/i 3163715) and (2) Musengi Leposo Ronald owners of motor vehicle reg. No. KBD 214T presently lying uncollected at the premises of Westlands Residential Resorts Limited, to take delivery within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all outstanding amounts and any other incidental costs incurred by Westlands Residential Resorts Limited, as at the date when delivery is taken, failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold either through public auction or private treaty without any further reference to the owner and the proceeds of the sale thereof shall be used to defray storage charges and any other accrued cost.
