NOTICE is given pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner(s) of Trailers Registration Numbers - ZE 5459 Skeleton trailer and Trailer Chassis No. 32322 Box Body, to take delivery of the said trailers that are lying at Warsame Omar Farah Workshop L.R. Number 209/37/367 Shimo Ia Tewa Road, Industrial Area, Nairobi, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of accumulated storage charges together with interest and costs of this publication and any other incidental cost, failure to which the same shall be disposed off either by public auction, tender or private treaty and proceeds of the sale be used to defray the accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
