NOTIFICATION

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 176 (1) and (2), the Fourth Schedule, Part II, section 8 and section 30 (2) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 as read with section 31 (d) of the County Governments Act, 2012, The Governor of the County Government of Kisumu notifies for extention of time and appoints members of Taskforce on illegal, irregular and multiple allocation of public land, private leases and institutional houses in Kisumu County as here below prescribed; (No. 3 of 2012) ISSUE OF A PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE WHEREAS Paul Joseph Okello Abajah, of P.O. Box 53556- 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/8294/333, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 29359/I, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
