ACT

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, notice is given to the owners of motor vehicles registiation numbers KAZ 292M, Toyota Station Wagon and KCM 342C, Toyota Sienta, to collect them from the yard of KIM Motors, Chuka, upon payment of KSh. 220,000 cash advanced plus repair charges for KAZ 292M and handling, together with storage charges for KCM 342C, plus also further storage charges and costs. Take notice that unless the said monies are paid as the vehicles are collected within the next thirty (30) days from the date of this publication, they will be sold by public auction for recovery of the payments due plus costs and any other incidentals thereto.
