REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (I) Aden Mohamed Shaiye, (2) Isse Mohamed Shaiye and (3) Mohamed Fahmy Ismail Shaiye, all of P.O. Box 49699-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1186 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Garissa, known as Garissa/t1unicipality Block 1/329, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
